蓝细菌光驱固碳细胞工厂的设计和构建

蓝细菌是极具潜力的微生物光合平台。相比高等植物和真核微藻,蓝细菌具有更高的光合效率、更简单的细胞结构、更短的生命周期、更便捷的遗传操作体系,因此更适宜作为光合细胞工厂的开发底盘。以蓝细菌为底盘,构建高效能光驱固碳细胞工厂,直接将太阳能和二氧化碳转化为生物制品的光合生物制造技术,能够在进行绿色生物合成的同时起到固碳减排的效果。

微生物制造工程中心长期聚焦蓝细菌合成生物学和光合生物制造技术,通过重要蓝细菌的遗传操作平台的完善、具有优良工程效能的蓝细菌底盘藻株的筛选以及新型蓝细菌代谢工程策略的开发,成功实现了对蓝细菌光合代谢网络的有效重塑,打通了乙醇、乙烯、葡萄糖、海藻糖、蔗糖、脂肪醇、脂肪烃等一系列产品的光驱固碳合成路线,并以工程化应用为目标进行了多项验证性技术示范;基于上述研究,在Nature Communications、Energy & Environmental Science、Green Chemistry、Metabolic Engineering、ACS Synthetic Biology等期刊发表论文数十篇,相关成果“光驱固碳产能蓝细菌的人工设计与构建”获山东省自然科学二等奖。
