阐明螺旋藻与污染菌相互作用的生态学与生理学机制，为螺旋藻与其污染菌的互作机制提供理论基础，基于进化拯救策略开发有效防治措施，以维系螺旋藻规模化养殖的可持续性，提高螺旋藻养殖的生物安全性与经济效益。
