丝状真菌合成生物技术推动重要化学品绿色生物制造

        丝状真菌是一类非常重要的工业微生物,在医药、食品、化工和农业领域都具有广泛的应用。微生物制造工程中心聚焦重要医药产品生产工艺复杂低效的共性问题,通过发展合成生物技术推动多个重要产品生产工艺的绿色升级,低产到优产、多步变少步、生物催化替代化学合成、微生物发酵取代传统植物提取,提高工业过程的经济效益与环保效益。打通了降血脂药物辛伐他汀的全生物合成技术路线,建立了杀线剂 F606 的微生物发酵生产线,实现了中药大黄活性成分大黄素甲醚的微生物高效合成。多项成果与海正药业、鲁抗医药等国内知名企业实现技术转让,推动传统生产工艺的绿色升级和新型生物农药创制。
