详细介绍:

研究方向为微藻生物技术,包括特色藻种选育与合成生物学、微藻培养工艺、光反应器、微藻异养发酵,以及微藻在生物固碳、水处理与生态环境修复、生物能源、材料化学品和营养健康等领域的多场景应用技术开发。首次发现高产油黄丝藻,建立了黄丝藻遗传转化体系,开辟了从丝状微藻中选育优良工程性状微藻新方向;建立和发展了微藻生物膜贴壁培养技术,开发了多种微藻培养光反应器及其智能化检测技术;明确微藻二氧化碳浓度耐受的本质是pH耐受,提出的pH反馈控制二氧化碳通断策略解决了高浓度烟气微藻直接利用的难题。通过微藻异养改造或选育建立了小球藻、三角褐指藻、佐夫色绿藻、裸藻等多个微藻的规模化异养培养工艺。开发了微藻培养生产Omega-7脂肪酸、虾青素、岩藻黄素、葡聚糖等技术并推进实现产业化。任微藻领域国际著名期刊Algal Research编委,《海洋科学》编委, 中国藻业协会第三届微藻分会副会长。


主持项目:

先后主持国家自然科学基金面上项目4项,国家863项目课题1项, 国家科技支撑计划项目课题1 项,国家重点研发计划项目课题2项,中国科学院知识创新工程项目2项,研究所一三五重点培育方向项目、重点基金、所内合作基金、所长基金等,以及与国内外企业的合作项目共计40余项。目前承担的在研项目包括一项国家重点研发计划课题和一项国家自然科学基金面上基金。
