研究员,博士生导师,微生物制造工程中心过程工程研究组组长。

中国科学院生物燃料重点实验室副主任,海洋科学期刊副主编。研究领域为微藻生物技术,主要研究方向

1)微藻种质资源工程:包括工程藻株的选育和评价、微藻油脂合成代谢机制、微藻异养改造; 2)微藻培养工程:包括微藻培养过程光碳传输理论、新型培养方法、光反应器理论与设计、二氧化碳利用技术、微藻规模培养工艺、培养过程模拟与强化;3)微藻应用技术:重点发展不饱和脂肪酸、多糖、色素及蛋白质的微藻生物制造技术。首次发现高产油黄丝藻,并引领丝状工程微藻选育新方向;创立和发展了微藻生物膜贴壁培养技术, 建立微藻/酿酒酵母生产C16:1 ω-7脂肪酸技术。主持和承担了包括863、国家科技支撑计划、国家重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金、中国科学院知识创新工程以及地方和企业合作项目50余项。与波音、通威集团、新奥集团、新疆庆华、山东丰嘉生物等多家国内外企业等建立了技术合作。迄今在在Chemical Engineering Journal, Biotechnology for Biofuel, Bioresource Technology, Algal Research等国内外期刊上发表论文90余篇,申请发明专利40余项,国际授权专利4项,国内授权专利26项。
